Frequently asked questions
Honest answers to the questions clients ask us most, before they decide who to trust with their care.
The initial consultation is a conversation about your goals and an assessment of your skin. We will tell you what is realistic and recommend a plan, with no obligation to proceed. Any fee, if one applies for a specialized assessment, is explained before you book.
Treatments are performed by credentialed injectors and clinicians under the medical oversight of our director, Dr. Elena Vance, MD. Protocols, training, and treatment planning all sit under that supervision. The person treating you is qualified for the work, and a physician's judgment is available when a case calls for it.
That is the outcome we work hardest to avoid. We dose conservatively and build gradually, because it is easier to add than to undo. Our aim is for you to look rested and like yourself, not like you have had work done. If a lighter approach is the right one, that is what we will recommend.
It depends on the treatment. Many injectable and facial appointments have little to no downtime, while some laser and resurfacing treatments ask for a quieter few days. We tell you exactly what to expect before you book, and we plan your appointments around events and sun exposure.
It varies by treatment and by person. Neuromodulators typically last a few months, fillers longer, and skin treatments build over a series with ongoing care. We will give you a realistic timeline for whatever you are considering, so you can plan and budget for it.
We start with your goals, assess your skin and facial anatomy, and review your health history. From there we recommend the most measured way to get you toward what you want. Sometimes that means a single treatment, sometimes a plan, and sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need anything yet.
Yes. Memberships suit clients who visit regularly, and financing through established third-party providers can spread the cost of a larger plan. Both are optional, and neither changes the advice we give. See our membership page or ask at your consultation.
You can request a consultation here and we will arrange the time directly with you. We do not take medical information or payment through the website, by design. Anything involving your health or payment is handled privately and securely at the clinic.
Come as you are. It helps to arrive with a clear sense of what bothers you or what you would like to improve, and any questions you have. We will handle the rest, including a review of your health history and a discussion of what is suitable.
We will tell you. If you are not a good candidate for something, or if a different approach would serve you better, we will say so and, where appropriate, point you toward it. We would rather keep your trust than make a sale.
